Yes, Dr Dobson has interviewed a lady who survived an abortion. I don't know if the lady in this book is the same lady he interviewed. You can check it out here:

I did not see the interview, but am familiar with the book "Gianna". It is written about Gianna Jessen, an amazing true life "hero" who survived a saline abortion and has the "gift of Cerebral Palsy". She now travels the globe inspiring souls with her story of hope and forgiveness as well as sharing her amazing voice in song ( which she was told would not be possible ).
