Weekend

Well, we had a CRAZY but great weekend. We had some good friends stay at our house from Thursday night until this afternoon. They have a 3 year old daughter, so Tayva and her had a great time together. I think they thought it was really neat to wake up and have a friend to play with right away! Friday was SO nice outside, I be they played outside for 5 hours during the day. Saturday we took them to the zoo, and celebrated a birthday dinner (for the guy staying with us) at a local restaurant.

Tayva was not excited at all when they had to leave today. After they left, she started crying and said "want Katie, want Katie". I felt so bad for her. It was hard for her to say good-bye to her new friend. She was fine later today. She'll probably wake up looking for Katie tomorrow morning though--we'll see.
